Having worked as a Head of Department, Head of Key Stage, Assistant Headteacher, and Head of Secondary School, Kieron has a strong track record of helping young people develop confidence, practical skills, and a passion for learning.

With expertise in engineering, design technology, digital technologies, enterprise, and emerging technologies, Kieron is passionate about creating engaging, real-world learning experiences that prepare young people for future careers. Through hands-on projects involving 3D printing, product design, manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and creative technologies, he helps learners develop valuable skills while building self-belief and aspiration.
